Royal Canadian Legion Branch 3

The Legion is a non-profit, dues-supported, organization for Canadian veterans with over 358,000 members.

The Annual Poppy Campaign, conducted each year for about 2 weeks prior to November 11th, reminds Canadians of the 117,000 men and women who gave their lives in the wars and military missions around the world. Poppy funds collected are used for assistance to veterans, ex-service members and their families who are in need.

The Legion also supports programs for Cadets, Guides and Scouts, seniors, housing, Long Term Care, youth, education and sports.

Legion Mission Statement

Our mission is to serve veterans and their dependents, promote remembrance and act in the service of Canada and its communities.

Membership Fees can be paid daily (M-Th 9-9 and Fri 9-5) at Breath Easy (8 Church Street) or at Legion 3 at a cost of $45.

Members are welcome to attend our monthly general meeting - 2nd Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm.

Important notice - If you are a member of the Legion or a veteran/veteran family member and are admitted into the hospital, please let admitting officer know so you can receive a friendly visit from a member of the Legion.
